I am a tourism bachelor with ample experience in the Hotel industry.

Of all the different jobs that I have done in such a sector, the one that I really benefit from the most is the Concierge one. 

I consider myself an outgoing extroverted person who always tries to helps others in any kind of way. 

Therefore, working as concierge enables me to apply values such as kindness, empathy and comprehension towards others. 

What is more, due to my knowledge on customer service I can provide reliable touristic guidance and suggestions to guests. 

Additionally, I am a language passionate too and since I am trilingual English – Spanish – French, I can  communicate with people from different walks of life and assist them in their needs.  

Finally, I do also have knowledge on Microsoft Word  (Word, Excel)  as well as on the  hotel software program Opera.

In short, I truly enjoy having the possibility of working as a Concierge since I believe that it makes me give the best of me.
