<h2>Maintenance Technician</h2>
<p>Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Maintenance Technician performs repairs and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, ensuring a functional, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.</p>
<h2>Main Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li><p>Perform general plumbing tasks (sink, toilet, bathtub, and shower repairs).</p></li>
<li><p>Maintain hotel installations, furniture, and equipment.</p></li>
<li><p>Repair and maintain heating and ventilation systems.</p></li>
<li><p>Contribute to renovation projects and upgrades.</p></li>
<li><p>Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks in guest rooms and public areas.</p></li>
<li><p>Apply skills in carpentry, painting, plastering, plumbing, heating, laundry machines, ventilation, electricity, and thermal systems.</p></li>
