Job description
Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:
- Cleaning and ensuring all dishware, silverware and utensils are clean and organized properly
- Sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors after each service
- Taking out the garbage and recycling after each service
- Cleaning certain areas of the kitchen, including exhausts every week
- Cleaning of walk in fridges once a week
- Peeling, cutting and organizing vegetables
- Watering the garden during the summer, and snow removal in the winter
- Executing all other demands from the chef in a timely manner
- High level of personal hygiene at all times
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, from 5pm
