Whether you opted for the Unlimited Posting Plan, one of the a la carte posting plans, or one of the Culture + plans ( 👀 want to learn more about our different plans? Check out our article to understand the differences between the plans), setting up your employer account is essential before publishing your first posting.

Create Your First Job Posting

Once logged into your employer account, you’re ready to create your first job posting!

We strongly encourage you to include as many details as possible in your posting. The more information you provide, the easier it will be to attract candidates who are the right fit.

Your Company

Introduce your company’s values and culture. When writing this section, think about what will catch the eye of potential candidates.

💡 CULTURE + SECTION: Presenting your company is just as important as your job posting. By choosing the Culture + or Culture + Pro plan, you gain extra visibility through a dedicated employer page. This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your culture, values, and work environment.

Posting Options

At this stage, you can choose to publish your job now or schedule it for later.

If you need to hire urgently, you can mark your posting as “urgent.”

Similarly, if you want to attract more applications, you can select the “featured job” option, which places your posting at the top of the list for 7 days and increases its visibility to candidates.

💡 For employers in the restaurant sector, the multi-posting option on RestoJobs.ca is also available.

Payment for Your Plan

Here, you’ll select the plan you wish to purchase to post your job listings.

As a reminder, you can find details about the posting plans in this article.

If you opted for the “urgent” and/or “featured job” options, make sure they appear on your invoice.

Once everything is verified, you can proceed with payment.

Payments can be made online with a VISA or MasterCard. For posting plan purchases, you can also contact our team to pay via bank transfer.
