  • Manage and elevate the overall brand presence, ensuring visuals, storytelling, and messaging reflect The Clayfield’s identity and the Unbound Collection by Hyatt ethos.
  • Maintain brand standards across all channels and touchpoints, on-property and off-property.
Digital Marketing and Content
  • Oversee digital channels including website content, SEO, paid digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Create and curate photo, video, and written content that showcases the hotel experience, Terrain’s culinary story, spa offerings, and the aesthetic of The Clayfield.
  • Coordinate professional photography and videography; maintain an organized brand asset library for internal and external use.
  • Monitor digital analytics, guest engagement, and campaign performance; recommend and implement adjustments as required.
Campaigns, Promotions, and Guest Experience
  • Develop seasonal campaigns and promotions in partnership with Revenue Management, F&B, Spa leadership, and hotel operations to drive rooms, restaurant, spa, and ancillary revenue.
  • Oversee on-property guest experience touchpoints such as in-room materials, digital messaging, spa and restaurant promotions, signage, and seasonal campaign displays.
  • Contribute to CRM workflows by providing content, reviewing campaigns, and identifying relevant guest segments.
The Clayfield Commons and Community Engagement
  • Promote events, cultural activities, and seasonal programming within The Clayfield Commons to drive visibility and local engagement.
  • Highlight The Commons as a complementary destination experience through integrated campaigns and storytelling.
  • Represent The Clayfield at tourism events, regional tastings, business association functions, hospitality industry mixers, and destination marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with Stratus Vineyards, local partners, and Commons retailers on co-branded activations and aligned promotional opportunities.
PR, Influencers, and Partnerships
  • Coordinate PR opportunities with Hyatt, Urgo Hotels Canada, and regional media outlets; assist with press releases, media kits, and familiarization tours.
  • Support influencer and media hosting, including itinerary planning, on-site hosting, content coordination, and follow-up amplification.
  • Work closely with Sales on collateral for groups, weddings, and meetings, as well as marketing materials for corporate and leisure clients.
Budgeting and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate marketing budgets and ensure spending aligns with business priorities.
  • Track marketing performance metrics, campaign ROI, and regional trends; prepare regular reports and recommendations for leadership.
  • Monitor online guest sentiment and coordinate with operational leaders to maintain a consistent brand voice in public-facing communications.
Pre-Opening Responsibilities
  • Support the pre-opening launch strategy, including soft-opening communications, grand-opening campaigns, and early brand visibility initiatives for The Clayfield, Terrain, The Spa at The Clayfield, and The Clayfield Commons.
  • Assist with the development of pre-opening marketing timelines, asset requirements, and content plans.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within hotels, hospitality, tourism, wine regions, or luxury consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand storytelling, and content creation across multiple channels.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling guest-facing messaging.
  • Experience with social media management, CMS platforms, paid media, and analytics tools.
