In my current role as Sales & Revenue Director, I successfully implement sales programs, develop action plans, and work closely with various departments to achieve hotel objectives. I excel in revenue management, optimizing occupancy, and maintaining competitive pricing strategies. My extensive experience in using PMS systems (Opera, Iqware, Hotello), revenue analysis, market segmentation, and strategic sales planning has enabled me to achieve and exceed budgeted revenue targets for 2023 and 2024. I also have significant experience managing relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, contributing to the growth of the hotel’s market share.

Previously, as a Reservation & Revenue Director, I successfully managed reservations, optimized rate structures, and developed promotional campaigns to increase hotel occupancy. I also played a key role in the integration of new software (from Iqware to Opera Cloud) and trained staff on the efficient use of systems, improving overall operational efficiency. My expertise extends to managing group reservations, commission calculations, and collaborating with the sales department to maximize revenue streams.

Earlier in my career, I held key roles such as Front Desk Manager and Room Division Manager, where I honed my skills in overseeing front office operations, training and motivating staff, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth flow of guest services. I have a proven ability to handle guest complaints, implement upselling strategies, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards.
