My name is Musab Naeem Siddiqui, and I’m a hospitality HR professional with over seven years of experience in talent management, learning and development, and hotel HR operations across luxury and branded properties including Marriott and St. Regis.

Most recently, I worked with Delta Hotels by Marriott in Ontario, where I supported the full HR function—recruitment, onboarding, training, WSIB documentation, and engagement initiatives. I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in HR Management from George Brown College, and I’m well-versed in Ontario employment standards, health and safety regulations, and HR best practices.

My background combines a strong foundation in HR compliance with a passion for creating engaging, inclusive, and growth-focused workplace cultures.
