I have a degree in Administration Enterprise Tourism from University Valle de Mexico. I took an Event planner course at College LaSalle. I have a very solid experience working in Sales and Customer Service positions focusing on the Service Quality of the Companies; I have worked with multicultural clients in different fields as hotels, airlines, restaurants, banks and community services. I have handled very stressful and delicate situations but I have the ability to work efficiently, always remaining calm and friendly. I am looking for a job where I can combine my administrative and customer care skills. Always working in different languages, English,French,Portuguese, Spanish.I have excellent interpersonal skills; always have received recognition for my service from both customers and employers.
