I’m currently working as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Holiday Inn, where I manage restaurant and banquet operations and coordinate group events.

So I bring both a strong understanding of hotel operations and hands-on sales experience.
In my current role, I’ve also been involved in revenue-focused initiatives, such as developing a dim sum concept to attract local customers during low occupancy periods.
