I’m currently working as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Holiday Inn, where I manage restaurant and banquet operations and coordinate group events.
Before that, I gained several years of experience in B2B sales, where I was responsible for client development, quotations, negotiations, and managing the full sales cycle.
So I bring both a strong understanding of hotel operations and hands-on sales experience.
In my current role, I’ve also been involved in revenue-focused initiatives, such as developing a dim sum concept to attract local customers during low occupancy periods.
Overall, I would describe myself as someone who is proactive, client-focused, and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
