My career in hospitality began with hands-on experience at Tamis Café & Resto, where I worked part-time for three years, developing a deep appreciation for customer service and teamwork. I also worked as a Room Attendant at Hilton Garden Inn, where I learned the importance of consistency, attention to detail, and maintaining brand standards.

In July 2021, I joined The Westin Ottawa, part of the Marriott International family, where my career has grown significantly. I began as an Overnight Guest Services Agent, providing front-line service and ensuring seamless overnight operations. After ten months, I transitioned to the morning shift, where I continued to enhance the guest experience through proactive problem-solving and a genuine commitment to service excellence. Recognizing my dedication and leadership potential, I was offered additional responsibilities as an Overnight Supervisor, which I balanced alongside my regular role. Shortly after, I was promoted to Assistant Rooms Operations Manager – Overnight, where I oversaw front office operations, coordinated with multiple departments, supported staff development, and ensured exceptional service delivery for guests around the clock. Most recently, I was promoted again to Rooms Operations Manager, a role that allowed me to lead a dynamic team, oversaw day-to-day hotel operations, and uphold The Westin’s commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality service to every guest.

Throughout my career, I’ve been known for being a quick learner, an adaptable team player, and someone who always strives to go the extra mile. I take pride in creating positive experiences for both guests and colleagues and in maintaining calm, professional composure under pressure. My goal is to continue growing in leadership and contributing to an organization that values excellence, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.
