Compétition Hôtelière pour les Meilleurs Talents en Leadership

Most Talented Leaders Hospitality Challenge

Montreal, January 10, 2022 - The MTLHC competition’s semi-final will be held on January 13, 2022, an online live event, three months after the launch of this international student competition, initiated by students from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ)! From then on, four (4) of the  seven (7) participating teams from schools around the world will be selected to compete in the final. The second case study will be presented to them by Marriott the next day. They will have until April 1 to compete for the Most Talented Leaders in Hospitality 2022!

The participants have been working since October 2021 on a primary case study presented by the independent hotel group Épik Collection. It emphasizes operational leadership and the creation of an extraordinary multi-sensory experience.
