Job description
Under the responsibility of the Front Office Manager, the Front Desk Supervisor provides support to the reception and bell/concierge teams in their daily tasks. They ensure smooth operational activities, perform verification work, handle all kinds of situations as they arise, oversee training, and make sure the entire team is working toward the same goals.
We are looking for someone who is autonomous, motivated by excellent customer service, and able to make informed decisions quickly.

Requirements
Experience in the hotel industry at the front desk level
Bilingualism (French/English), both spoken and written
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance
Autonomy, leadership, and sound decision-making skills
