Join a high-performance team where your ambition, creativity, and energy directly contribute to our success.</p><p class="text-node"><strong>ACTIVITIES:</strong></p><p class="text-node">The responsibilities of the Sales Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel sales and revenue.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Actively develop the client portfolio and retain existing clients through prospecting, planned sales visits, and solicitation.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to generate business related to corporate travel, groups, and small meetings, including room sales, small meeting room bookings, and catering services.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Establish and negotiate rates within set parameters. After booking, prepare sales contracts, coordinate, and follow up with other hotel departments to ensure the delivery of promised service according to initial agreements.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Assist the general manager in developing and updating the hotel's business plans, including contributing to the definition of goals and sales plans that support the company’s overall business and sales strategies.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Develop a quarterly action plan that considers priorities and quotas, and carry out sales activities as described in the hotel/individual action plans.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participate in professional and industry associations, representing the hotel in a professional manner.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Coordinate and participate in industry events and trade shows.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Use the property management sales system to track, solicit, and follow up with clients.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participate in training and special projects as prescribed by the hotel/brand.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Take full responsibility for achieving all objectives set out in the action plans and budget.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure effective yield management for produced and contracted group bookings.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Prepare required weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Responsible for daily tasks related to account prospecting, account development, and site inspections.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Identify and monitor competitors' sales and marketing strategies and gather market and competitive intelligence to contribute to a strategic plan.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Other tasks assigned by the general manager.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
