The incumbent leads two production poles – incoming (GVQ Canada) as well as customized groups in America, International, and Cruises – whose mission is to convert leads forwarded by the sales teams into won and profitable trips. For each file, a submission must be built, defended, and won, often in competition with other travel operators.</p><p class="text-node"> </p><p class="text-node">Production for private groups resembles a true business process: tour operators act as specialist consultants who must understand the request of each client, design a perfectly tailored and competitive offer, and then defend their submission with professionalism. The client is at the center — it is they who dictate the pace, and it is by responding better than others to their request that GVQ wins the mandates.</p><p class="text-node"> </p><p class="text-node">This role is aimed at an experienced manager capable of instilling this conversion culture, driving the profitability of files as well as the product portfolio, structuring high-level teams, and transforming the production function into a true engine of growth and profitability.
