<p class="text-node">Position Overview:</p><p class="text-node">The VIP Gaming Host is responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a high quality and memorable gaming experience. As a Host at Playground you will be responsible for bringing energy, familiarity and success to the gaming floor. Your role will be to build loyalty with our guests, increase visitation and recruit new players through a variety of direct sales activities.</p><p class="text-node">Schedule: rotating - days, evenings, weekends<br><br>What we have to offer:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Competitive compensation (base salary between $50K-$75K, plus an uncapped quarterly performance bonus with unlimited earning potential)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Free food while on shift</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Opportunities for career advancement</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Free parking</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Company-wide events</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Playground Cares volunteer opportunities</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><br>Responsibilities:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Build strong relationships with assigned VIP guests</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Devotes time on the floor greeting guests and ensures a friendly and positive experience through prompt, courteous and efficient service.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Accommodate guests needs within Host program guidelines to ensure satisfaction and drive return visits.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Makes appropriate decisions regarding complimentary offerings by evaluating the gaming activity of individual players such as recorded play, earned points, comp availability, and guest profitability.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Monitor guests betting habits and levels of participation in order to manage programs and ensure maximum profit margins, adequate play levels, and appropriate cost control.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participate in call-center efforts to invite guests to special events, individual visits, incentives and reactivate guests and/or obtain feedback on guest satisfaction</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Review all department related reports and use the provided data to achieve assigned goals.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage, build and grow assigned database of VIP guests</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Maintain personal, direct mail and phone contact with guests to build loyalty, increase worth and frequency, as well as fill events.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Have knowledge of the regulations, policies, and procedures relating to the EGD (slot) and gaming floor.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Other duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
