<p class="text-node">Position Overview:</p><p class="text-node">We are seeking a motivated team member to become a Dual Housekeeping Team Lead & Attendant. This role combines operational leadership and floor coordination with hands-on custodial maintenance to ensure a clean, hygienically safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">Schedule & Role Structure: Full-time 3:00pm-11:00pm (5 shifts per week: 2 Team Lead shifts on Friday/Saturday, 3 Custodian shifts with flexible scheduling).</p><p class="text-node">Probation Period: 6 months.</p><p class="text-node">Training Schedule & Compensation: </p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Weeks 1-2: Full Custodian shifts ($19.50/hr)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Weeks 3-4: Custodian Shifts / Start Team Lead Training, not Scheduled as the Lead ($21.00/hr)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Post-Training: $21.00/hr base pay for 60 days then, $2.00/hr Team Lead premium on applicable shifts after the initial 60 days.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">Key Responsibilities</p><p class="text-node">Team Lead Shifts</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to identify opportunities for improving custodial services.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Coordinate and conduct floor inspections to ensure full compliance with safety and sanitation policies.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Monitor stock room inventory, review daily task checklists, and prepare end-of-shift reports.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Assist with organizing weekly task outlines and conducting team training.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Respond promptly to customer requests while promoting teamwork and staff recognition.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node">Attendant Shifts</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Perform hands-on cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming (including using backpack vacuums for extended periods).</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Maintain restrooms, offices, poker tables, staff rooms, walls, windows, and light fixtures.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Safely operate and maintain departmental cleaning equipment.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Identify and report any facility damages or maintenance needs.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
