We also prioritize the unparalleled quality of our food and beverage offerings as well as our facilities.</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Our GHGC values: </strong>Growing together · Hospitality is our priority · Commitment to excellence · Creators of experiences</p><p class="text-node"><strong>What does your role consist of?</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Answering phone and in-person inquiries</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensuring the contractual process meets hotel standards</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Booking conference rooms, banquets, weddings, congresses, and room blocks as needed</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Conducting site visits and being present at trade shows if necessary</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Meeting with clients to finalize contracts and agreements according to the food and beverage sales department's conditions</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensuring all event details are accurate and communicated to hotel resources as well as external suppliers</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Managing emails and BOs</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Communicating daily changes to relevant departments</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Finalizing and coordinating the details of events, conventions, corporate and governmental meetings</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensuring that all clients organizing an event at the hotel receive the best possible service</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Performing any other miscellaneous tasks as needed</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Sales training or equivalent and over 3 years of experience in a similar position</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Enthusiastic person focused on career development</p></li><li><p class="text-node">In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and an innate sense of public relations and customer service</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ability to achieve results and objectives, based on good leadership, organizational skills, and a team-oriented aptitude</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Good time management and ability to handle stress</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Flexibility in work schedules, variable hours</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Knowledge of the "DELPHI" system is an asset</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Comprehensive knowledge of banquet operations (rooms, menus, organization, planning, etc.)</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">We thank all candidates for their interest in the Grand Château Hospitality Group.
