ABOUT KAMIO
Kamio is a Quebec-based company that has been operating in the events industry for over 12 years. With a fleet of 20 food trucks, each with its own distinct theme, we are now the largest fleet in Canada. We participate in private and corporate events, as well as numerous summer festivals throughout Quebec.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a meticulous, organized, and dedicated professional capable of ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety at our various event and corporate venues. This position is ideal for someone passionate about quality, with solid experience in on-site supervision, and comfortable in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will work closely with the Human Resources team and the central kitchen to guarantee the operational performance of the entire fleet.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at event venues.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with company-established quality standards.
Monitor the consistency, presentation, and quality of food served.
Ensure adherence to recipes and operational standards.
Train and mentor managers on best practices in food quality.
Supervise and support field teams to maintain a high level of performance.
Actively participate in operations as needed.
Work closely with the Director of Operations, the Human Resources Manager, and the central kitchen.
Perform any other related tasks pertaining to quality control and continuous improvement of operations.

Requirements
REQUIRED PROFILE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (food supervision and quality control).
Excellent knowledge of MAPAQ standards and food safety regulations.
Experience in the events industry (an asset).
Rigorous, meticulous, and highly responsible.
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
Positive and motivating leadership.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility and availability (5 days/week – day and evening shifts).
Good physical condition – frequent handling of heavy loads.
Professional and proactive attitude.
