We stand out by the importance we place on collaboration among employees, the innovation of our working techniques, and our desire to achieve our goals with pleasure.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong><em>Role:</em></strong></p><p class="text-node">As part of a position replacement, we are looking for a Front desk Supervisor for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent integration within Épik Collection.</p><p class="text-node">This position requires an experienced person, operational from the first days and capable of moving between our different establishments.</p><p class="text-node">This replacement contract can offer long-term integration within the Épik Collection group at the end of the 6 months.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong><em>Main Tasks</em></strong></p><p class="text-node">Under the supervision of the Manager of Accommodation Services and the Director of Operations, as a Front desk Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Supervising, mobilizing, and supporting the reception team on a daily basis.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensuring the smooth operations of reception and maintaining a high level of service quality and customer experience.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Managing complex situations, complaints, emergencies, and operational issues professionally.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Coordinating communications between teams and different establishments in the group.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participating in the planning of operations (schedules, procedures, administrative follow-ups, and work organization).</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Contributing to the training, integration, and development of team members.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Collaborating with different departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the establishments.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensuring an operational presence at the reception and providing on-ground support when required.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensuring compliance with ÉPIK Collection policies, procedures, and standards.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Actively participating in the organization’s initiatives, projects, and internal committees.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong><em>Working Conditions</em></strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Schedule from Saturday to Wednesday with day and evening shifts.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">The supervisor position requires moving from one establishment to another several times a day.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">*<em>Occasionally, the holder of this position may be asked to work on other shifts to replace a colleague.</em></p></li><li><p class="text-node">Compensation varies based on the candidate's work experience and qualifications.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>

Requirements

<p class="text-node"><strong><em>Desired Profile – Qualifications and Skills</em></strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Relevant experience in supervising or coordinating a reception team in a hotel environment;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">2 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, ideally in comparable establishments;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Excellent command of the Opera Cloud / Opera PMS system (essential requirement);</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Strong leadership skills, work organization, and decision-making abilities;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-establishment environment under pressure;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and recognized aptitude for problem-solving and conflict management;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Strong customer service orientation, professionalism, sense of responsibility, and collaborative spirit;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">High adaptability, autonomy, versatility, and quick learning ability;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Availability and flexibility to work on a variable schedule (day, evening, weekend) and travel between the group’s establishments;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Good knowledge of operational procedures and emergency protocols in a hotel environment;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">College degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field (asset).</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong><em>Personal Qualities Sought:</em></strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Mobilizing leadership,</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Initiative,</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Resourcefulness,</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Dynamism,</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Professionalism,</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Integrity,</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Excellent teamwork spirit.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node">Are you looking for a positive and warm work atmosphere, enjoy working as part of a team, and want to make a difference in customer experience?
