Requirements

<p class="text-node"><strong>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED</strong></p><p class="text-node">We are looking for someone who enjoys lively environments, well-executed follow-ups, and high-quality human interactions.</p><p class="text-node">The ideal profile:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Relevant experience in hospitality, supervision, team management, administration, operations coordination, or employee experience;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Experience in a premium service environment is a significant asset;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Good understanding of management realities, employee follow-ups, and best internal practices;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Great autonomy, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to advance files;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Excellent ability to structure information, prepare professional documents, and ensure rigorous follow-ups;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Professionalism, discretion, tact, attention to detail, and ease with different types of interlocutors;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Very good command of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Excellent mastery of French, spoken and written, and functional English;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Knowledge of Folks, Employeur D, Evolia, or other HR or administrative platforms is an asset.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node">At Warwick Le Crystal Montreal, we believe that a quality employee experience directly contributes to a memorable customer experience.</p><p class="text-node">Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
