Scheduled to open in March 2027, our resort will invite guests to slow down, reconnect, and discover the best of the region, including Lake Brome, Bromont Ski Area, and the surrounding trails.&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node">Featuring a year-round wellness center, Café du Sud and Sudtirol, versatile meeting and event spaces, and the warm hospitality that defines DoubleTree by Hilton, the resort is designed to become one of the region’s premier hospitality destinations.&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node">Reporting to the General Manager, we are seeking an inspiring, strategic, and results-driven Director of Operations to join our team in September 2026 to help prepare for the resort opening and become the long-term operational leader of the property.&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node">This is a rare opportunity to help build a new Hilton resort from the ground up.
