Scheduled to open in <strong>March 2027</strong>, our resort will invite guests to slow down, reconnect, and discover the best of the region, including Lake Brome, Bromont Ski Area, and the surrounding trails.&nbsp;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span>With a year-round wellness center, versatile event spaces, and distinctive dining experiences, including <strong>Café du Sud</strong> and <strong>Sudtirol</strong>, the DoubleTree by Hilton Brome-Missisquoi Resort will welcome leisure travelers, corporate groups, weddings, and private celebrations while delivering warm hospitality that defines DoubleTree by Hilton.&nbsp;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span><strong>Reporting to the General Manager</strong>, we are seeking an <strong>organized, proactive, service-focused Director of Maintenance</strong> to join our team in <strong>November 2026</strong> to help prepare for the resort opening and become the long-term leader of our Maintenance Department.&nbsp;</span></p><p class="text-node"><span>This is a unique opportunity to help create and shape a new hospitality destination. During the pre-opening phase, the Director of Maintenance will play an important role in establishing maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and operational standards. Requirements

<ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Proven experience as a Hotel Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Director, or Maintenance Supervisor, preferably within a hotel, resort, commercial property, or hospitality environment.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical systems, wastewater systems, and HVAC systems.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Experience with hotel operations or public-facing facilities is an asset.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Experience with budgeting, expense management, and administrative processes.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Ability to identify risks, prioritize needs, and resolve issues efficiently.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management skills.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>High school diploma or equivalent required.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Technical training in maintenance, building systems, electromechanics, facility management, or related field is an asset.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Professional maintenance or facility management certification is an asset.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Experience participating in hotel openings, major renovations, or operational transitions is considered a strong asset.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Bilingualism in French and English is highly desirable.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
