<p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Answer residents' questions regarding tourist attractions and various activities and events taking place in the city and region;</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Address all resident inquiries concerning the services offered by the establishment;</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure the smooth running of activities in the residences;&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Make necessary reservations (show tickets, restaurants, limousines, flights, trains, etc.);</p><p class="text-node">1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain good relationships with external providers;</p><p class="text-node">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop a network of contacts to respond to all resident requests;</p><p class="text-node">3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work closely with all other departments to ensure personalized service;</p><p class="text-node">4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain constant communication with all services of the residences and hotel;</p><p class="text-node">5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Record residents' habits.</p><p class="text-node">6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sort and distribute mail and deliveries received according to established procedures in the residences.</p><p class="text-node">7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow the regulations, policies, and procedures set by the Ritz-Carlton Montreal Residences;</p><p class="text-node">8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform any other related tasks.</p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: black;"><strong>Required Qualities</strong></span></p><p class="text-node">&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Hold a diploma in concierge services, hospitality, or tourism;&nbsp;;</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Have 3 years of experience in a similar position and in a 4-star hotel;&nbsp;;</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook software;&nbsp;;</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Be perfectly bilingual (French/English), knowledge of a third language would be an asset;</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, deserving of a 5-star service;&nbsp;;</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrate discretion regarding residents and their demands;</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In response to residents' sometimes unexpected requests, the concierge of the residences must also be responsive and possess a great ability to adapt.</p><p class="text-node">&nbsp;Work hours are variable (day, evening, and weekends).</p>
