<p class="text-node"><span>The Novotel Montréal Centre is currently looking for a full-time Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span>Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM</span></p><p class="text-node"><span>We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual who is passionate about hospitality, sales, and guest service.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Handle hotel reservations by phone, email, and online platforms</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Manage all reservation-related operations accurately and efficiently</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Optimize room sales and maximize hotel occupancy</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Enter and manage rooming lists for group reservations</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Coordinate and follow up with the Sales department regarding group bookings</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Promote the hotel’s services and loyalty program to guests</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Adapt sales approaches according to guests’ needs</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Respond professionally to guest inquiries and objections</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Ensure all reservation details are entered correctly in the system</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Prepare and send reservation confirmations and written communications</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Collaborate closely with Front Desk and other hotel departments</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Contribute to providing an exceptional guest experience</span></p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, reservations, or a call center environment preferred</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Experience with Opera and TARS systems is considered an asset</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Knowledge of the hospitality industry</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Fluent in French with a good working knowledge of English</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>A third language is an asset</span></p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
