Job description

<p class="text-node">Restored and renovated, La cour des Palmiers is one of the most pleasant places in Montreal to enjoy tea or a light snack, along with quality appetizers.</p><p class="text-node"></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">The bartender must ensure the smooth operation of bar service. They serve the drinks ordered by customers and prepare the classic cocktails from the menu.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">They anticipate and respond to customer needs, maximizing upselling opportunities.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">A true atmosphere creator, the bartender must know how to create a warm ambiance suitable for our establishment and contribute to its reputation.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">They also manage the cash register, beverage inventory, including orders from suppliers, receipt and storage of bottles.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">They are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the bar's machines and equipment, ensuring the place remains clean during service.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">The requirements represent a minimum level of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities. To successfully perform this job, an employee must possess the necessary skills or abilities to complete each task effectively while respecting the values and standards of the hotel and Forbes standards.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participate in clearing tables, setting up tables, and cleaning the venue and bar.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Deliver dishes from the kitchen to customers' tables.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">They must have impeccable knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and product origins.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>

Requirements

<ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Bartender.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Must be available in the morning, afternoon, and evening.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Good knowledge in sommelier.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Perfect mastery of cocktails.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Bilingual (French and English).</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Must be responsible and reliable.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Master payment systems.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ability to work effectively under pressure.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ability to work alone or in a team.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Desire to work in a 5-diamond establishment and adhere to the hotel's values and standards.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Knowledge of the Micros system and other manual systems.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Possess a high school diploma.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
