We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to support both restaurant and banquet operations. This is a flexible, hands-on role ideal for someone who has some experience and is ready to take the next step.
What You'll Be DoingWorking closely with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll help ensure smooth operations, strong team leadership, and exceptional guest experiences across both restaurant and banquet services.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching team members (restaurant and banquets)

Being present on the floor, supporting your team and engaging with guests

Ensuring service standards and operational procedures are followed

Helping manage inventory, ordering supplies, and supporting cost control

Collaborating with the kitchen and other departments to deliver seamless service
-
Overseeing reservations, promotions, and special events

Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with professionalism and care
Requirements
You might not know everything yet—but you’ve got what it takes to lead and grow:

Education in hospitality management or equivalent experience

2 to 5 years’ experience in service or team supervision in a restaurant or hotel setting

Bilingual (French/English) with confidence serving an international clientele

Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural leadership style
-
Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure
-
Strong customer service mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality
-
Wine & spirits knowledge is a plus
