<p class="text-node"><span>We are seeking a rigorous, hands-on <strong>Accomodation Manager</strong> to join our management team. This position is ideal for someone who excels in optimizing daily operations and possesses natural leadership skills to guide and support their teams.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span>As an expert in hospitality and logistics, you will oversee the entire guest cycle. You will lead the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure an impeccable establishment, warm hospitality, and efficient resource management.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>Recruit, train, and motivate the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams, including Front Desk Agents, Valets, Room Attendants, and Housepersons.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Oversee daily arrivals/departures and ensure continuous quality control of rooms and public areas.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Plan weekly schedules based on occupancy levels and review and approve daily employee timesheets.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Monitor operational expenses and labor costs to ensure compliance with established budgets.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Interact with guests, handle complaints promptly, and maintain an active presence throughout the property.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Assist in preparing occupancy forecasts and internal reports.</span></p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>

Requirements

<p class="text-node"><span><strong>POSITION PROFILE</strong></span></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node"><span>4–5 years of experience in the hotel industry, including at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>University degree or college diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Proven ability to manage operations in a dynamic, fast-paced hotel environment.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Ability to move around the property continuously to conduct inspections and support teams.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Excellent command of French, which is our daily working language.</span></p></li><li><p class="text-node"><span>Operational proficiency in English is required to communicate with our international clientele.</span></p></li></ul><hr><p class="text-node"><span><em>We thank all applicants for their interest.
