I have worked as a cook for 10 plus years.  I had MAPAQ certification years ago. I have managed a kitchen and staff of 5-8 persons. I want to start my own food truck service in Montreal, I have a great idea, but do not have the money, so I would like to work for a food truck and learn  and hopefully one day get the chance
