With over 19 years of experience in hospitality, I have developed strong expertise in sales, marketing, operations, revenue management, and customer relations across diverse hotel environments. I’ve successfully led three hotel openings, including two rebranding projects, consistently meeting sales targets and driving performance. 

Recent roles, 2023–2025, include Regional Sales Manager for URGO Canada Hotels, where I promoted a portfolio of 17 properties. Later, as Director of Sales & Marketing, I led the rebranding of SpringHill Suites Old Montreal into the AC Hotel by Marriott. Prior to that, 2022–2023, I oversaw the sales strategy for Hyatt Place Montreal Downtown, rebuilding the team and restoring brand reputation post-reopening.

From 2021 to 2022, as Sales Manager, I contributed to the launch and success of Montreal’s first dual Hilton brand property—Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites Montreal Midtown—implementing sales procedures and managing key accounts across corporate, government, and airline sectors. 

Earlier roles include Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Centre-Ville Ouest Montreal Downtown and Corporate Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Montreal Airport, where I handled diverse portfolios and built strong client relationships. 

I began my career with the opening of Le St-Martin Montreal Hotel Particulier as Reservations & Revenue Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager. I also gained valuable experience at Booking.com, enhancing my understanding of digital sales platforms.

Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, I bring a collaborative spirit, strategic mindset, and passion for growth. I thrive in dynamic organizations and aspire to continue advancing in leadership roles within companies that value excellence and innovation.
