My name is Joanne Wong and I have a bachelor's degree in International Marketing, over 1 year of experience in hotels in Montreal and a professional background in residential real estate sales in a wide portfolio of luxury properties in New York City.  I moved to Montreal in 2021, became a permanent resident of Canada, and decided to transition my customer service passion and experience into the hospitality industry. I am currently working as a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent at Germain Hotels, Montréal and wish to find a Front Desk Agent role (part time, full time or seasonal) with day or evening hours and grow within the Company.  I am passionate about delivering excellent client service, detail oriented, versatile, organized and a fast learner.  I speak English, French and Chinese (Cantonese).
