A HOTEL PROPERTY IN MONTREAL IS SEEKING COMPETENT GENERAL MANAGER TO OVERSEE THE HOTE OPERATIONS. HIGHLY ORGANIZED INDIVIDUAL WITHSOLID BACKGROUND IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

POSITION SUMMARY.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the hotel.

Exigences

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

. Oversee all hotel operations: Rooms, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk etc...

. Maintain a healthy motivating and professional work environment.

. Actively participate in budget development, cost control and achieving financial targets

IDEAL CANDITATE PROFILE

. Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written

. Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail and drive for excellence.

. Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork abilities
