Here is a much more formal version of my background and professional experience from recent years. My
unique, multi-disciplinary background is versatile, and would be well put to use as a member of your team.
After moving to coastal Mexico, where I established residency in order to explore and build business
development opportunities, I've returned to resume my senior responsibilities (as a founding sta member)
with a restaurant recognized as the best in North America (San Pellegrino, World’s Best Restaurants, 2015).
Peripherally, a decade of coordinating and catering to the dining of Montreal's most successful business
crowd, with steady international clientele has created a platform for me by which I've been able to coordinate
intersections and form lasting relationships that move people from the dining table, to the board room table
seamlessly. Managing sales, operations and overseeing the day to day has of course given me insight into how
to keep things running smoothly, but I've also developed a sharp acumen for PR and expertise in an ability to
build and grow productive, mutually benecial connections between clients and their business interests.
In my roles as both a leader and team member, I maintain an ability to build bridges, acheive results, and
consistently exceed expectation. I believe rmly in ongoing training and knowledge transfer.
I endeavor to acquire new skills just as enthusiastically as I share of, and apply my expertise.
