My last position was as an Assistant Director of Sales at Le Méridien Bangkok, a hotel managed by Marriott International, with over 8 years of experience in sales and event management under hospitality industry. My role was to ensure sales goal is achieved with highest guest satisfaction. I am result-oriented and customer-focused; awarded top seller, achieved 109% of personal goal, led sales team to achieved 113% of team goal and event management team to hit customer satisfaction target. When with clients, I consider myself as adviser who listen to their requirements thoroughly and present the solutions to best fit their needs. This is how I maintain relationship with customers and convert prospects. Working as an event management, I also collaborate with many other departments to organize complex events for customers and make sure operations run smoothly. That's how my communication and detail-orientation skills got sharpen. At work, I am a team player and encourage team to initiate new ideas.
