I graduated from a culinary and pastry program in Greece. Came to Canada in 2010. I'm very passionate and proud about my job, and I always give my 100% in any position to provide the best service for our guests and achieve all the targets and goals of the place I work. I have excellent knowledge of menu planning for restaurants and small or big events. My menus combine flavors and cooking technics from around the world. In addition, I excel in budgeting cost and labor control, inventory, and anything that needs the kitchen, restaurant, and hotel to meet their targets and goals.
