My education background entails a diploma in Foodservice & Restaurant Management, and is coupled with over 18 years hands-on culinary experience. I have worked in various positions from prep-cook and grill, Sous-Chef , Hotel Relief Cook/Manager for the Inns North hotels located in Nunavut and the NWT, Head Chef for a trendy Dinerbar, and as Executive Chef for a boutique hotel in downtown Montreal. Throughout my years of experience, I have cooked for both a la carte and buffet services, and organized kitchen operations for events of up to 1500 people.
