Hospitality is my passion and I am eager to learn and grow in this industry. I have a B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Jaipur and a Smart Serve Ontario certification from AGCO Canada, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to provide quality and satisfaction for the guests. I have over five years of experience in various hospitality roles, including Site Duty Manager at Accor, Guest Relations Manager at Suryagarh, and Assistant General Manager at Oravel Stays. In these roles, I enhanced the guest experience by managing reservations, incident handling, team coaching, and reception management. I also improved productivity and team performance by reviewing and modifying workflows and operations. I was responsible for the pre-opening and operations management of the site for the Global Sports Event Qatar 2022, where I trained and mentored team members, monitored and adjusted employee schedules, and interacted with customers. I am currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Conestoga College, where I hope to gain more insights and skills to advance my career in hospitality.
