If you consider yourself passionate about customer service, then look no further, apply now!&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">GDI is looking for a Multi-site Operations Supervisor, who will be required to travel to our various hotel establishments mainly located in the Montreal area, on the South Shore, but also occasionally in Ottawa and Quebec.</p><p class="text-node">&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p class="text-node">Ensure the proper functioning of operations;</p><p class="text-node">Communicate procedures and utilize control tools;&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node">Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards of quality;</p><p class="text-node">Raise awareness among teams about health and safety in the workplace;</p><p class="text-node">Innovate solutions and improvements that will benefit employees;</p><p class="text-node">Facilitate the integration of new employees;</p><p class="text-node">Ensure follow-ups on work-related files;</p><p class="text-node">Occasionally take on operations and supervision in hotel establishments;</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participate in the opening of new contracts and coordinate the integration of new teams, including but not limited to&nbsp;:</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; Acquire training related to the client establishment;</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; Recruitment and coaching of supervisory teams;</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage training for room attendants, crew members, reception agents;</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate room setup;</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; Create materials: standards manual, photos, health &amp; safety posters, procedures, etc.</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participate in recruitment processes as needed, including but not limited to&nbsp;:</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; Create job postings &amp; send job descriptions;</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow up on staffing requests;</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow up on online applications;</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct phone &amp; face-to-face interviews;</p><p class="text-node">o&nbsp;&nbsp; Take charge of targeted interviews as needed.</p><p class="text-node">Perform administrative or related tasks.</p>

Requirements

<p class="text-node">Possess motivating leadership;</p><p class="text-node">Ability to manage priorities;</p><p class="text-node">Diplomacy and autonomy;</p><p class="text-node">Knowledge of cleaning work techniques and equipment;</p><p class="text-node">Good skills in human resource management;&nbsp;</p><p class="text-node">Bilingualism (French/English);</p><p class="text-node">Must own a car;</p><p class="text-node">Training or experience in hospitality (an asset)</p><p class="text-node"><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p class="text-node">Salary $60,000 and more depending on experience;</p><p class="text-node">Annual bonus;</p><p class="text-node">Car allowance;</p><p class="text-node">Group insurance;</p><p class="text-node">Continuous training;</p><p class="text-node">Internal advancement program;</p><p class="text-node">Hybrid work.</p>
