In addition, you would be working in a brand new property located in the heart of Laval in the Espace Montmorency accessible from the Montmorency metro. Our property contains 188 rooms and suites in a contemporary decor. Our establishment offers a variety of services including the first rooftop terrace in Laval. In the center of the Espace Montmorency is the Piazza with its magnificent garden in the summer and an ice rink in the winter.

Job description

LE (la) Suiteur/Suiteuse joue un rôle majeur sur le plan opérationnel dans la salle à manger du restaurant. En effet, celui-ci a pour responsabilité d'emmener les plats préparés aux tables des clients afin de limiter les frustrations et le temps d'attentes auprès d’eux.

·        Assurer le bon roulement et la bonne communication entre la cuisine et la salle

·        S’assurer du visuel des plats et de la chaleur avant l’envoi

·        Gestion du temps de déroulement d’un service entre chaque table

·        Nettoyer les assiettes avant l’envoi aux tables

·        Débarrassage, nettoyage et montage des tables

·        Connaissance du plan de table

·        Transmettre au serveur les problèmes de satisfaction de la clientèle

·        Interaction avec le client

Requirements

·        Attitudes pour le service à la clientèle

·        Proactivité

·        Bonne résistance au stress

·        Aptitude et comportement professionnel

·        Communication salle / cuisine

·        Expérience de 2 ans en restauration

·        Autonomie et sens de l’initiative
