In addition, you would be working in a brand new property located in the heart of Laval in the Espace Montmorency accessible from the Montmorency metro. Our property contains 188 rooms and suites in a contemporary decor. Our establishment offers a variety of services including the first rooftop terrace in Laval. In the center of the Espace Montmorency is the Piazza with its magnificent garden in the summer and an ice rink in the winter.

Job description

  • Assurer, avec la coordination du chef, les activités quotidiennes de la cuisine et des banquets.

  • Représenter le chef durant son absence.

  • Assurer une gestion quotidienne efficace, selon les besoins.

  • Assurer une bonne gestion des inventaires.

  • Assurer et maintenir une constance des plats selon les standards établis.

  • Respecter et maintenir les règles d’hygiène et salubrité.

  • Planifier les horaires des cuisiniers selon les besoins.

  • Former et motiver l'équipe de cuisine pour atteindre les objectifs de performance.

Requirements

·       Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication.

·       Grande autonomie

·       Capacité à travailler en équipe avec tous les niveaux d’associés.

·       Esprit d’équipe, professionnalisme et courtoisie

·       Maîtrise les logiciels informatique (Suite office, Adobe et autres).

·       Capacité à utiliser des fonctions avancées de système informatique.

·       Avoir une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans un poste de gestion.
