The primary role of the Snack Bar Attendant is to manage food service operations at the golf course snack bar. The attendant reports directly to the Golf Director and is responsible for the following duties:
Opening the Snack Bar:

Place an order with the kitchen to ensure all necessary food items are available for the day

Stock refrigerators and display cases

Maintain cleanliness of the work area
Customer Service:
-
Take orders and serve beer
-
Prepare food items
-
Handle payments and operate the cash register
Other Responsibilities:

Complete the daily sales report

Close the snack bar, including:

Properly store and pack food to ensure freshness

Clean the workspace
-
Balance the cash register and prepare the daily deposit

Perform any other related tasks as required
Requirements:
-
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience
-
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Professionalism: discretion, courtesy, honesty, teamwork, autonomy, etc.

Availability to work on weekends
Languages: Bilingualism (French-English) is required in this position, as we serve an international clients.
