<p>⭐️ <strong>Position:</strong> Sous-Chef (Kitchen) – Summer Camp for Youth</p>
<p> ⭐️ <strong>Camp Description:</strong></p>

<li>Summer camp for children aged 6 to 17</li>
<li>Traditional camp atmosphere</li>
<li>Located near Saint-Sauveur</li>
<li>Private site surrounded by forest and lakes</li>
</ul>
<p> ⭐️ <strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>
<p>Two Sous-Chef positions available:</p>
<ul>
<li>Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM</li>
<li>Afternoon shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM</li>
<li>Full-time: 5 days per week (40 hours/week)</li>
<li>Hourly rate based on experience (starting at $25/hour)</li>
<li>Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours/week</li>
<li>Service volume: 100 to 300 meals per service</li>
<li>3 meal services per day + 2 snack periods (AM or PM shifts)</li>
<li>Cafeteria-style service with adapted meals for allergies and dietary restrictions</li>
<li>Menus and recipes are pre-established and standardized</li>
<li>Kitchen brigade of approximately 4 to 7 staff per service (including dishwasher)</li>
<li>Fully equipped kitchen; knives provided and sharpened every two weeks</li>
</ul>

<li>Reimbursement of one round-trip transportation (Montréal ↔ Saint-Sauveur): mileage or bus ticket</li>
<li>Free shuttle every two weeks for a weekend return to Montréal</li>
</ul>
<p>Note: Owning a car is not required. Transportation by bus is organized, and a shuttle runs every other weekend between Montréal and the camp.</p>
