<p>Main tasks<br> • Participates in service preparation.<br> • Welcomes customers, providing attentive and high-quality customer service.<br> • Assists with clearing and cleaning tables.<br> • Presents the menu and makes suggestions, answers customer questions about the food and beverages on the menu.<br> • Advises and makes suggestions highlighting the products offered.<br> • Prepares and serves coffee, drinks, and food.<br> • Ensures the work area remains clean by following MAPAQ regulations.</p> <p>• Conduct sales (food, beverages, and coffee) and handle transactions at the register.<br> • Restock the counter.<br> • Prepare the workspace, open the register, and review special offers and promotions, etc.;<br> • Serve customers, guide them, provide product information, and ensure their satisfaction;<br> • Process transactions, including receiving payments in cash, credit cards, and debit;<br> • Calculate the amounts received at the end of their shift and reconcile them with the total sales;<br> • Close the register, generate the cash report, and make deposits.<br> • Any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of a restaurant.</p>
