Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and answer the phone

• Know the menu and its ingredients

• Know the wines offered

• Manage the bar and basic cocktails

• Ensure the setup of the dining room and terrace

• Take orders

• Respond to customer needs

• Strictly adhere to standards of quality, hygiene, and service

• Collect payment for bills

• Work collaboratively with the entire team

• Position requires long hours standing.

• Weekly hours may vary according to the tourist season, but this is a full-time position (between 32h and 40h per week).

• Compensation corresponds to the minimum wage with industry tips, and server tips are established according to the Polisson tip charter.
