Come help deliver the ÉPIK experience to each of our guests!</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Greet customers and answer the phone</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Know the menu and its ingredients</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Know the wines offered</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Take care of the bar and basic cocktails</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure the setup of the dining room and terrace</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Take orders</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Meet customer needs</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Strictly adhere to quality, hygiene, and service standards</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Process customer payments</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Work collaboratively with the entire team</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">A dynamic and charming environment</p></li><li><p class="text-node">The opportunity to be part of a unique experience</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Variable schedule, generally requiring work during lunch hours, weekends, or holidays.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Position requires working long hours standing.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Work may be performed under pressure during peak hours and may require handling demanding clientele.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">This is a part-time position (approximately 25 hours per week) from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10am to 3pm (approximately)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Compensation corresponds to the minimum wage plus industry tips, $13.30/hour</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Server tips are determined according to the establishment’s tipping policy.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>

Requirements

<p class="text-node"><strong>Skills, Qualifications, and Experience</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Experience in the restaurant industry (minimum 2 years of experience in dining service)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Customer service skills, ability to manage difficult customers, and conflict resolution</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Knowledge of welcoming techniques</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Skills in verbal communication, decoding non-verbal cues, and active listening</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Professional attitudes and behaviors (teamwork skills, autonomy, energy, charm, honesty, integrity, versatility, initiative, responsibility, attention to detail, organization skills, patience, etc.)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Demonstrate curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to fully master responsibilities.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Good stress resistance</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Bilingualism (French and English). Mastery of other languages is an asset</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ability to carry out monetary transactions</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Knowledge and application of basic health and safety principles, as well as hygiene and cleanliness</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
