Additionally, this person is responsible for managing the reservations department (3 employees) and e-commerce.</p><p class="text-node">As the Revenue and E-commerce Director, your main responsibilities will include:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Managing revenue and e-commerce activities.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Establishing pricing strategy and implementation.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Setting segmentation strategy.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Achieving/exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Creating and managing the revenue budget in collaboration with the directors.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Playing an active role in the strategic plan, marketing plan, and budgeting processes.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Managing rate loading and inventory management on our CRMs and external partners.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Developing and communicating daily reports.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Making informed decisions on the best rates and strategies to maximize hotel revenue.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Maintaining the One Yield program.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Managing the hotel’s website and online visibility.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Responsible for the vitality, efficiency, and visibility of all our profiles on third-party sites (E-channels, Partners, Reviews, etc.).</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Responsible for coordinating SEO, PPC, CPM, CRM, retargeting, and any other associated SEM activities, whether with the Marriott chain or independently.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Managing the Ritz/Marriott rewards program.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Supporting the reservations team.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Creating procedures and tools to empower the reservation agents.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Supporting the sales and banquet team to achieve sales objectives.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Actively contributing to the development and growth of hotel revenue.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Administering various Marriott & PMS Opera systems (managing updates, system transitions, mapping, etc).</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Performing any other related tasks.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
