Be part of a team that encourages you to become the best version of yourself.<br><strong>Reception Agent</strong><br>The reception agent provides exceptional service to guests by managing arrivals and departures, answering their questions about the hotel and the city, and resolving their concerns with professionalism and good humor.<br><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Warmly welcome guests and anticipate their needs for a memorable experience.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Efficiently process arrivals, departures, bookings, modifications, and cancellations.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Check payments, adjust invoices, and manage the cash register securely.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Process all payment methods, adjustments, and miscellaneous charges.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Respond to guest requests and provide information about hotel services.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Offer recommendations on the city and suggest activities.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Follow up on pending requests and resolve issues quickly.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously, including over the phone.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Report any incidents or hazardous conditions to management.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Maintain a professional appearance and wear the uniform according to standards.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Perform any other related tasks as needed.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><br><br><br></p><p class="text-node">&nbsp;</p>

Requirements

<p class="text-node"><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Professional training (DEP) or college degree (DEC) in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; experience as a hotel receptionist is a plus.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Knowledge of reception software is an asset.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><strong>Skills, Abilities, and Aptitudes</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Spoken and written French and English. French is the primary language for our clientele. As an international organization, we welcome an English-speaking clientele representing nearly 50% of our daily guests; therefore, proficiency in English, both oral and written, is necessary to adequately welcome our English-speaking guests and respond to their needs and expectations.
