<p class="text-node"><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Professional training (DEP) or college degree (DEC) in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; experience as a hotel receptionist is a plus.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Knowledge of reception software is an asset.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><strong>Skills, Abilities, and Aptitudes</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Spoken and written French and English. French is the primary language for our clientele. As an international organization, we welcome an English-speaking clientele representing nearly 50% of our daily guests; therefore, proficiency in English, both oral and written, is necessary to adequately welcome our English-speaking guests and respond to their needs and expectations.
