At Eau de Bain, we create artisanal bath and wellness products for some of the most prestigious hotels in the world. Every product that leaves our workshop is part of a high-end customer experience.

We are looking for a hands-on, structured, and dedicated person capable of directly supervising production and maintaining impeccable standards, day after day.

🧩 The Role

You will be at the heart of the workshop. This is not a desk job — you are in action with the team, organizing, producing, correcting, and improving.

You take charge of daily production and ensure that every batch is perfect, delivered on time, and meets luxury standards.

🔧 Main Responsibilities

Production & Direct Supervision

Plan and execute weekly productions (bath bombs, powders, steamers)

Guide the team on the floor and work with them daily

Maintain a consistent level of quality (finishing, texture, uniformity)

Quickly identify errors and correct them in real time

Pitch in during peak times

Organization & Efficiency

Structure the team's work to maximize productivity

Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen

Implement simple and effective methods

Reduce errors, waste, and rework

Inventory & Raw Materials

Monitor stock levels (raw materials, packaging)

Maintain optimal levels (neither shortages nor surplus)

Coordinate supplier orders

Packaging & Customer Orders

Supervise packing operations (pouches, labels, branding)

Ensure each order precisely meets customer requirements

Manage transitions (new formats, customizations)

Shipping & Logistics

Prepare and ship orders on time

Coordinate carriers

Ensure reliable execution for our hotel clients
