Job description
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent who is passionate about customer service. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, is naturally service-oriented, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every guest.
The ideal candidate is fully bilingual, both spoken and written, has at least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, is autonomous, and demonstrates strong initiative and resourcefulness. We are looking for someone who can find solutions and use the resources available to respond to guest needs while creating memorable moments for our guests.
Requirements
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing internal calls, and responding to guest requests and comments with professionalism and efficiency.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and balance of all monetary transactions, while working closely with other operational departments (such as maintenance and housekeeping) to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
A professional appearance and conduct are required at all times.
The position includes weekday and weekend shifts, morning and evening shifts.
