Job description
Status: Full-Time
Salary: $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Maintenance Attendant actively contributes to the smooth execution of on-site operations. The incumbent is responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance work (plastering, painting, etc.).

Carry out various minor repair tasks.

Install and repair suspended ceilings, partitions, and moldings.

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.

Diagnose technical issues and propose appropriate solutions.

Read and interpret basic plans and drawings.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.

Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers.

Maintain clean and safe work areas.

Complete work reports and service follow-ups.
Requirements
-
Strong knowledge of carpentry, interior systems, or general renovation.

Ability to use manual and power tools.

Ability to read and interpret basic plans.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Good physical condition.

Valid ASP Construction card (major asset).
Experience
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Languages
Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is required in order to effectively serve an international clients.
